The Oxford College of Nursing, Bangalore, established in the year 1992, lays great emphasis on compassionate care for the ailing and the significance of the nursing profession. It is the leading institution of the “Children's Education Society”, founded by Sri S. Narasaraju, with the aim of providing quality education and training in the field of nursing. The Society itself was established in 1974 and has since founded 32 educational institutions in Bangalore. 


Oxford College of Nursing is located in Hongasandra, Bengaluru. It is part of the larger Oxford Educational Institutions, many of which specialise in an array of fields, such as Medicine, Engineering, Architecture, Commerce, Law and others. This institute, in particular, offers a range of courses focused on Nursing education at the diploma, undergraduate and postgraduate levels.


Focusing on the all-round development of individuals, Oxford College of Nursing gives equal weightage to co-curricular and extra-curricular activities by organising and participating in national and international conferences, seminars, and workshops.
